I will start by saying this is my second purchase of a product from Comfytemp. I also have the shoulder model and it's a LIFESAVER! I'LL START BY SAYING I AM A HOT MESS. 🤣. I have a bad hip and bicep tendonitis in both arms. For this reason I roll around at night like a rotisserie chicken. I experience referred pain to my lower back due to the hip and from the constant twisting and turning all night long in bed because the shoulders ache and I'm a side sleeper. I typically wake every morning with stiffness and discomfort in my lower back. I loved the shoulder unit so much. I use it every single night before I go to bed So I decided to grab the lower back brace and give it a try and I'm very glad I did. I wake up every single morning throw it on my lower back and go about my morning routine. It is very effective at relaxing the tension and easing any discomfort I'm experiencing. It comes with an extender if needed for larger sizes. I'm a size 10 us and it's got 6 inches overlapping when worn low just above hips. PROS: The red light light therapy penetrates deeper than just standard heat. It does an outstanding job of relaxing tension and discomfort. It does make some heat. But it is not a high "hells inferno" heat you'll get from from a heating pad but because the red light penetrates you won't miss it or need it! It works with or without the app. The app works seamlessly and is very easy to use. It allows you to add any comfy temp devices you have in one app. I do find the app the easiest way to control settings and use the products. Lightweight and portable. Not bulky and easy to roll up and take with you when travelling. Price: so affordable for this level of light therapy. I took them to my Ortho appt and my Dr said the light levels are the desired wavelengths and same used by physical therapy dept. CONS: I honestly can't think of any. I tried to be very honest and think of any con whatsoever and there just aren't any. This is not a paid review and I am on no way affiliated with this company.

AMAZING! It packs a nice amount of heat but more than that it actually provides relief! I had another Red Light mat that was the equivalent of a nice warmer but this one gives so much more. I love that it can be used in a variety of ways. I had a bad knee for a couple weeks and it was beginning to interrupt daily function. After just one use my knee was a good 50% better. After 3 uses I was back to normal.

Works as expected. So far the 20 minute limit per session of usage indicates the battery is capable of doing the job. Portable, comfortable, easy to put on. Good price. It took a few hours to fully charge when it came. Now I charge after each use. The topping off is only about 10 minutes.

This is a good red light therapy belt. Can also be used anywhere on the body. Give it a couple days at first and after that it works pretty quickly for pain.

I want to love this so much. I think for the price it’s good and I actually do feel like it helps with my back pain from bending & lifting all night at my warehouse job. It just dies so fast, the battery doesn’t hold a great charge and you cannot use it while it’s plugged in. I also wish that somehow the fabric part could be removed to wash.
