How to clean bottom of the pan?

I have had these pans for a week and have found that Bar Keepers Friend is best for cleaning the bottom of the pan. I use the new liquid version along with a non-abrasive dish brush but I’m sure the original powder would work as well.

In the questions it says these are Teflon free, but do they use GenX chemicals?

I don't know if They use GenX chemicals but I wouldn't buy it again. I returned my set. The bottom coat starts peeling after 3-4 times you use it.
