First, in order to legally attend church, we must do so in the parking lot, masked, sitting a minimum of 6 feet away. Here in "sunny California," we have had serious fires, wind, overcast weather, and right now (November 2020), we are running between 30-65 degrees. I am not immune to the cold. In fact, INSIDE buildings, I bring a blanket or a throw to put across my knees. So I have been freezing to attend church. We got this on a Saturday night, practiced setting it up that evening, got to our church parking lot early and raised it without a hitch. Since we were enclosed, we did not wear masks, but had them at the ready. MANY of the church-goers came up to as afterwards and said this was a great idea! Be aware that my husband, who is 6'1", and I, who am 5'1", fit comfortably inside this tent. We talked about the video on the seller's page showing two women and two children. It must be a snug fit. We found that the walls did not stretch out the way we would like. I am also concerned for the floor, pitching this on asphalt: I don't know how well it will last if we pitch it on top of a rock. We are buying a large tarp to put underneath, for added protection. I also just purchased on Amazon a blanket that can be used as a throw rug, the dimensions are larger than the floor, but it will provide extra protection against a chair's legs poking through the waterproof floor. I will probably get a tarp to put UNDERNEATH, as well. As for the sides, they seemed to be bowing inward, but we have also purchased on Amazon (yet to arrive) some weights to hold the legs out further and pull the tent more taut. Finally, we are very pleased with this tent. it prevented wind from chilling, but allowed to great visual to see our friends and view the service. I was especially pleased that the windproofing windows on three sides could be zipped down for extra ventilation, should that need arise. My husband, a scoutmaster, was impressed with the visual ability, but even more with the ease with which the tent went up. The tent was lightweight, so I don't think it will withstand a heavy storm; but then, outdoor church would definitely be canceled in that event. This is a purchase we would make again, and we will recommend it to others. In fact, we already have!

This is much better than the plastic solo-pods and the umbrella/cabana covers for sure! I've had this for over a year now and can't go without it. It stays so warm when it's cold and windy outside. There is a large field of vision with the windows on three sides. When it rains, the shade cover keeps the rain from soaking through - we stay totally dry. We went to a flag football game one weekend where it was cold and rainy - I wished I had 5 extras because I could have sold them at a profit at the time! I have no problem putting it up and taking it down on my own. Parents often comment on how easy it looks to set up and put away. I usually have my chair and tent put away just as fast as the parents with two chairs. This also makes it great for when I have to bring the extra siblings to the game. They have a place to rest and relax, out of the sun or cold. It also gives me peace of mind knowing they won't get smoked by a foul ball. I did purchase some stronger tent stakes this summer and they're much sturdier and easier to get into the ground. If you're not afraid of being embarrassed then this product is perfect for you. It looks funny at first but after a couple games you'll have other parents asking where you got it :)

Easy to put up and take down, and once staked it’s very solid — held up well during cold and windy practices. It traps heat in the summer, but you can zip and unzip the window for some airflow (though the screen itself doesn’t open). Overall, durable, convenient, and great for all-weather use. Highly recommend!

This is a great tent! It was easy to install and it can hold my family of five ( so that’s 3 adult camping chairs and 2 kid’s size chairs). It provided a lot of shade and protection room the elements as it has plastic windows that you can zip and unzip when it rains as well as mesh ones to protect you from bugs and allow air to flow in and out of the tent. The only issue that I had was the instructions weren’t clear on how to take it down. It said to “push the buttons….” But there were no buttons on the top of the tent. After playing with it for about 5 minutes, I figured that I just needed to pull up on the top structure and the tent would fold. It also has a nice carrying case and it’s extremely light. Probably because the polls aren’t metal, they’re plastic. I haven’t used it in extreme weather conditions (high winds, heavy rain) so I’m not sure how it would hold up. But so far I’m loving it! It’s easy, convenient and portable! It also provides protection from the Sun which is why I bought it.

I bought this during the pandemic because I just needed to get outside but, of course, there was really nowhere to go except your own back yard. While I appreciate a cool breeze and birds singing, I don’t do bugs AT ALL. This tent here has become my new best friend. I am spending hours at a time outside now (mornings and evenings) and best of all - no bugs. Not on my feet, not too close, not trying to suck my blood. My granddaughter and I actually saw fireflies for the first time together, which is something that wouldn’t have happened without this tent. Making great memories, no bites, no fear - this tent is all that! Easy to assemble (the video on the product page was more helpful than the written directions - pay attention to where she puts her hands). Takes about 30 seconds to put up, 1 minute to take down once you get the hang of it. You actually don’t have to smash it so much that the straps go around it again because the oversized bag is forgiving. I’m in a hot climate so I’m not sure how I feel about leaving it out during the heat of the day. May just assemble at night, take it inside after breakfast the next day. Definitely not going to leave it out during rain. It’s pretty light weight - would probably get tossed around the back yard in high winds. Enjoy!

I love this thing!! It is the best wind resist snow wind and rain and the windows are great easy to zip up. I was warm and it had so much space and pockets for your phone coffee or whatever you need to put to the side. It’s lightweight and for me the easier the better setup was fast and I love that the instructions are sewed into the carry bag as to never forget how to put up or take down. You do need an extra hand to stabilize but I would definitely recommend for any outdoor sport. Best thing ever!!

I like to sit on my deck in the evenings but it's getting colder so I bought this to sit in and extend my "deck season" a little later into the year. Arrived yesterday and i set it up (extremely simple setup...kinda like a pack an play for adults). It was raining all day yesterday so I figured it would be a good test. Come back a couple hours later to test it out and notice the inside of the bottom is full of water (see pics). Sure enough, the seam where the tent material meets the "tarp" material bottom leaks. Additionally, the top of the rain cover is flat and collects water. Water that is happy to sit up there until you jiggle the tent, ya know, like when you unzip the door. Again, wouldn't be an issue if the design wasn't such that the water pours right off the edge of the part sticking out in front of the door. As a result, unless you want to take a shower anytime you get in/out duringthe rain, you have to shake the tent until all the water is off the top. UPDATE: I'm about to take this tent down for the 2nd time. It has withstood 2 winters while anchored on my deck (so somewhat protected by the house) including 60-70mph winds on occasion. Everything still works exactly as the original review above states and those are still my only two criticisms (water design issues). Fabric and seams are all still in great shape. Windows are a bit foggy but still flexible and functional. Zippers all work, poles and ties are all still in great shape. It hasn't been up and down a lot (maybe 6 times total) but structurally, the thing is top notch.

Pros: 1 - Easy setup/ take down. 2 - large carrying case and included tent stakes. 3 - large space for 2 adults and I'm 6'2". 4 - floor included 5 - inner tent can be removed for a beach canopy. That's about it. CONS: 1 - material is thin and feels like seems may break. 2 - mesh on the OUTSIDE of the plastic windows. 3 - mesh cannot be removed. 4 - expensive for a sports canopy. I gave this 3 stars due to the quality and the fact that the windows are almost unusable due to bends in the plastic. Grab a pair of reading glasses and cover the. In Vaseline and you'll get the same clarity. This design could be easily changed to be a top-notch canopy. Simply put in a double zip and put the mesh inside the plastic. Allow all windows to be fully unzipped from the top. This would allow open windows with adjustable sides.

Really easy to set up and packaway back into the carry bag. Surprisingly roomy inside. You can get at least 2x full size camping style chairs in there and there is still room on the floor if you needed somewhere for some kids to sit. On a side note, you have to be seated in this tent, there is no capacity to stand and watch a game from inside the tent
