It does not scratch or itch in any way. I got the 3XL, the largest size they offere, and in its tightest setting it fits really nice. In my opinion, they run small. It pulls in my tummy quite a bit, and most importantly, it removes ALL the fat rolls on my back all the way up to my bra.
