Some apartment juat come with those little tiny German cockroaches & maintenence can come spray all they want- But they just never go away. Or I felt like that until I got my first package of this bait gel in 2023. This is now rental #2 & literally the FIRST thing I did when I moved apartments was go in there and dot it around every 10 feet or so. It comes with instructions & the value is insane it lasts SO long tbh im shocked they do not charge more. So when I first used it - you have to kinda sit & allow those roaches to eat this- dont hurt them. Plenty soon theyll take it back to the colony & then for maybe a week or two you will need to pick up the pests from the floor. I see like not even 1 per week since I have been using this. You do need to periodically re-do it and scrape up the old one. I opted to get the same brand as this fixed the problem 2 years ago Comes with 2 pointed tips for more presice application & all are with screw on caps for unused product. DO NOT throw the stick thing away- it is the plunger to use for all 4 sticks as you go through them. This stuff is THE BEST! I live in a rundown apartment building and have had problems with roaches for years. I have tried sprays, bombs, foggers etc. Don't waste your money on those things. Advion is easy to apply and within hours I could see a difference in the roaches behavior. Within days I saw way fewer bugs and as of today i only see dead ones. I put beads of the Advion in kitchen and bathroom up high. I have a small dog so i have kept up on removing the dead and dying and have seen no adverse effects on my pet.
