Karlywindow Mens Medieval Pirate Shirts Renaissance Halloween Costume Tops

This was my husband's Romeo costume for a "famous duo" dress up party. Quality and price were great; however, I was startled by how short the shirt was. I envisioned a tunic, but it is regular shirt length. Which actually the picture shows that, I just did not pay attention to how high their belt is. For reference, my husband is 6'3" and over 320 lbs. We ordered 3X. Once he put his belt on over the shirt (under his stomach), there was about 1" of shirt left hanging out. It may be just fine for the average man. I did have to spend some time ironing, but that's not a deal breaker for me.

The fit and quality are fantastic and easy to wear. It's not super itchy and it's very fine. I use these for wearing under more gear for Renaissance festivals and they're super comfortable.

If you are looking for a cheap halloween/ren-fair thing to throw on with no effort- its fine for that. Its cheap slightly stretchy fabric, this is not a good period piece, but its just fine for something casual, fun or silly. Not bad for the price, but dont buy this if you are wanting a "quality" shirt. I do sew some of my own costumes, but didnt have time before an event, but I knew what I was getting into.... its solidly usable, a 4 star for being good enough for the price range. Not good enough to be a 5 star product.

I normally wear Large but bought an XL just in case. It fit decently but was obviously a little big, so the sizes are pretty good. It's made out of a light and not very soft fabric so it might not be the best for wearing by itself, however it can be worn over other shirts without sacrificing comfort. I'm even tempted to wear it in place of a standard dress shirt at some small occasions since it actually looks pretty good and isn't as uncomfortable as some of those.

I ordered the multicolor (pictured to be fairly close to brown) 3x even though i normally am inbetween a Xl and a 2xl. The 3Xl fits pretty decently, not too tight or too baggy. I do like how light and breathable the material is (on the one I got) I'm not sure if other people got a different one, but the one I got is pretty nice overall. The color of mine looks more like a grey in no matter what light i'm in so it's not really a lighting thing... Overall I would have to say that if you have a tight budget but want to go to a renaissance festival in something other than a button up shirt you tossed in the dirt to look more authentic this is a pretty decent choice.

Have a 3 Musketeers Halloween costume and this went perfect with it. I think I can pull off wearing it with jeans for an everyday outfit as well.

First, it is shorter than in the pictures. The bottom hem barely brushes the hips, when NOT wearing a belt. The sleeves were an excellent length for me - but my arms are a touch short. The cuffs are cut so large that even after lacing up and tying, you can easily slide your fist in and out of them. It came with the three laces loose in the package - not a problem, as I know how to lace up a shirt and sleeves. The laces are rather long, leaving them trailing after being tied. The grommets you lace thru are fairly large, so remember to tie a knot in each lace end after lacing to help prevent them from slipping out when untied. The material is a very thin, handkerchief-weight cotton - expect some shrinkage and color fading with the first few washes. Should be very comfortable to wear in summer, despite black color. I ordered a size large, I typically wear a large; it's a little close-fitting around my torso prior to washing; am hoping it won't shrink much, even though I've been losing weight. This material will likely rip easily if it snags on anything, so bear that in mind.

Although the fabric isn't the best as its made out of polyester it's still thicker then your costume material so overall it's actually really nice, the fit and the make are really good quality as well. Would buy it in different colours again.
