So for those that want the benefits of this compound, and don't have the time, energy, or, skill necessary to grow your own broccoli sprouts, this is the next best thing in my opinion. Given the price and quality, purchasing this particular product was an easy decision.

I read one customer review ( in the one star reviews) who claimed they tested the product and found no sulforaphane in it. I am therefore agnostic. Maybe I'll just eat more broccoli.
