I found this seat cushion due to a very bad back and severe tailbone pain - works well in wheel chairs, office chairs, airplanes seats, anywhere you need relief!ROHO's are $70. to $200+These are about $38. I think, much more reasonable! Works about the same as ROHO's.The seat cushions I do have which are about 8 of them, I'd like to donate or just sell them off - I have the donut one I've used only ONCE!!If you're tight on $$ I would definitely recommend this one!

The first one I ordered had a hole in it to but after I returned It... And got the second one it's AMAZING!!! I’m a truck driver with a bony butt So when I said in my truck for 10+ hours a day it’s a lifesaver ! It's been over a month and zero issues! The underside of the cushion cover has a rubber grip that keeps it from slipping! and it works very well!!

Beats the heck out of sitting on a deflated yoga ball ... It's functional & well made enough... I've plopped down on it, didn't blow a seam.. the adjustable valve works, the pillow case breaths ... $45 is fair fare

Mom is wheel chair bound and we got one of these for her. She has used it for close to a year now and has not developed any bed sores. That is a win in my book.

Ordered two, a 50% failure rate as one has a slow leak. Obviously not tested.

Very easy to inflate, using in a wheelchair for an 80 year old very comfortable.
