The motor started smoking in seized about 20 minutes after using it on about half of my front lawn which is a half an acre meaning it only works for about an eighth of an acre. During the time it worked extremely well pulling up exactly what I would want it to pull up. However the white handle that you need to hold down for the blades to spin also broke on the right hand side a piece of plastic and a screw flung off somewhere in my front lawn meaning that the white bar would come right off and it would stop working. I ended up returning the item and I will no longer be purchasing another one of these I will look elsewhere I highly suggest you do not purchase this item.
