Review: Worth the purchase! - Let me start off by saying that the customer service was top tier for me! I wanted to give it a few days of our kids non stop riding these bikes, before leaving a honest review. I was very hesitant about ordered dirt bikes off desertcart. I spent weeks researching just about every single bike desertcart has to offer. We settled on these for our 8 and 10 year old. When we first ordered the bikes, there was a mixup and only one arrived. After contacting the seller, the issue was quickly resolved and we received the second bike. Then upon assembling them, we found out one of the bikes pull chain compartments was broken. Again, I contacted the seller and they quickly replaced the part, free of charge of course. After that, assembly was easy! We’ve had no issues since. Our kids rode them non stop for 3 days with no issues. (It’s been raining for the past 2 days, or else they would’ve rode them for 5 days by now!) They go pretty fast and even my husband was having fun on them! All in all, this was an amazing purchase and I would recommend them.

They sent a replacement, but the chain continues to break every single time. Sent another replacement but now it is out of warranty. Did not even run 6 months before we started to have problems.

Let me start off by saying that the customer service was top tier for me! I wanted to give it a few days of our kids non stop riding these bikes, before leaving a honest review.
