What are all of the crystals?

Do you mean what are the crystals stone names? If so go to the product page and scroll down you will see a chart with pictures and the names of each store. There is a chart also with the kit. I tried to upload the chart but it will not go for some reason. Hope this helps.

Does this set come with the plastic case to hold the gems?

Yes, you will receive 2 cases. one 24-grip case hold the gems and one 6-grip case hold jewelry accessories, keeps all supplies togethe, convenient for you packing and carrying, easy for next time usage

How do i contact the seller? i assume this was a mistake, but i'm currently making bracelets and i am missing letters k, n, r, b, o and d.
