No. 40 mm only as far as I know. This is not a unisex watch. My wrist is about 6 1/2 inches to 7 inches. Fits.

Is the any 21mm steel straps available?

Has this this orient ra-ap0001s10a a hand-winding movement too?

Yes its got hacking, and handwinding. Not the greates looking movement but its definately a workhorse movement. I love orient watches and i can honestly say in the 2 years that ive had this watch it actually keeps better time than my 1000 dollar watches. I got the champagne dial and its just beautiful i always get compliments on this little watch.
