If eaten within two week after opening while camping do they have to be refrigerated?

YES!!! Once opened, they need to be refrigerated. What I do is open the can and dump them into a plastic container or another olive jar you have on hand. Please do not take them camping unless you have some way to keep them cold. Of course, once you open the can, you might end up eating them all. They are that good,

Are anchivies cooked?

Yes they are cooked. They are very small pieces in each olive, not a whole fish. They are very salty, and very delicious!

This product has combine health benefits of Olives and Anchovies. The majority of fat from anchovies are healthy fats, also known as omega-3 fatty acids which reduce inflammation and prevent cardiovascular disease.
