Our only complaint is that we wish it could be a bit louder. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ As expected, cheap and fun and practical. *by E***H on January 26, 2023* I bought this for my septagenarian parents who just got rid of their land line to help with the transition. It's very lightweight and fun. I think they are going to have a good laugh and hope they will find it useful. So far, they like it. The price is low enough that I bought one for myself just for fun. Sound quality is okay. For $20, it is what it is. The echo some reviews mention seems to be worse if the volume us up too high. I didn't notice it when I turned it down a little. What I love about it is that I can wash dishes while talking on the phone, holding it on my shoulder just like the old days. Lol. We used to have a desktop type phone with super long cords and I'd be all over the house with the phone. My mom likes it because she can have it in her room at night, while her phone is downstairs. She said she can hear it ringing, but can't make it in time. Maybe she'll get used to (wearing and) looking at her smart watch finally for the caller ID. It's only slightly annoying that the ear and mouth pieces are reversed from an old school phone, but not a huge deal. If you've used an old phone like this, it feels weird- like you're using it backwards but I'm sure you'll get used to it. Again, it's $20. If you've never used a phone like this, then it won't even phase you. The thing that bugs me most is the charger. Which again, is fine, but would be nice if it were micro-usb or usb-c so I don't have to have a fourth kind of cable sitting around.
