Love this shake. It mixed well and I double the scoops for higher calorie and protein. I wanted closer to a meal replacement with protein than a snack replacement. If you mix with some coffee it makes a good afternoon pick me up. Tastes like chocolate milk no chalky or weird aftertaste.

I cannot use whey protein. Too rough on my system. The system is an excellent alternative. A bit sweet but add a bit more fluid and all is good. I like the taste.

I was surprised on many levels. First, it tastes great. There is no “meat” flavor at all. That was my biggest hesitation. I’m glad I took a chance. I already use a whey protein shake so I wanted to vary my protein source. Second, despite being their “lite” version, it satisfied my appetite. I’m not a gym rat, but just super busy and want to eat better than prepackaged stuff. I would advise using a frother/stirring device instead of a spoon to mix. I have not tried it in a shaker bottle. Update: I have to agree with other reviewers in that their “improved flavors” are anything but. It used to taste chocolatey, and now it tastes like artificial sweetener. What a disappointment. They should have stuck with what worked instead of trying to make it “better”, which I suspect is due to ingredient pricing and cutting costs.
