So I ordered this tv after doing my research and I have to say it’s well worth it for the price the picture quality is amazing with a lot of options you can change like changing the color and audio to movie and theatre mode makes movies look and sound like they are intended to and the sound quality is amazing the subwoofer makes a huge difference rather than having a normal speaker system in a tv and also great for those who still want the tv to sound good while they are waiting/saving to get surround sound The tv is really easy to set up just the case of slotting in 2 metal legs then putting in 4 screws then connecting the plastic piece that makes the legs look like 1 piece which also include added cable management slots on the back of the legs which are amazing for hiding all those excess cables one slight issues is it’s made of metal so may be hard to get thicker cables in but still great The remote control is amazing offers a lot of short cuts to YouTube, Disney, Netflix, live tv etc which I find to be amazing for those who hate navigating a tvs os to find the app you want it does take 2 Tripple a batteries which are included which is a great added bonus saves you going out your way to buy batteries The tv in general has great connectivity options including multiple 4k 144hz hdmi output, I went with the 50 inch option the size is amazing the bezels are very thin so the screen doesn’t look clunky or too full and the anti glare finish is also a game changer for those that have issues with light glare I also have tried out the 4k 144hz gaming side on my Xbox series S have to say no issues so far cod looks and runs great no delay or any issues (you may have to switch your resolution in your Xbox settings if experiencing delay or issues) you can also watch content like movies or YouTube in 4k if your using an Xbox rather that the tvs normal operating system Ai view Dolby vision and Dolby atmos are amazing features especially for watching movies and tv shows (if the movies support it) Netflix and Disney require you to have the premium subscription to use 4k hdr options but in my opinion are well worth it to use the tv to its full advantage. But overall great tv, great value for money, easy to set up, and great size options, amazing color, and amazing sound

Fantastic tv for the price, beautiful colours and super sharp, even makes old grainy films look crisp and new, great software. Sound is awesome rich and bassy. Well packaged, super simple assembly . Advise update straight away then do the full set up. Early days but very promising.

Excellent picture at 4k @144hz HDR10 TV for PC gaming. Haven't had chance to properly delve into all the settings just yet but so far happy with the purchase. Sadly the dedicated HDMI eARC port (for using a soundbar) is on one of the two high bandwidth HDMI 4k @144hz ports so wouldn't be able to use a PC on the 4k @144hz, Games console @120hz and use the eARC ports all at the same time but I will only be using PC 4k @144hz and soundbar anyway so makes no difference to me, you would only need to swap one of the devices (PC/Console) using the full bandwidth port anyway so no big deal since you would only be using 1 for the PC or Console at a time and the other for soundbar (if using one). Lastly settings up Freely was a doddle, the Mrs can now watch her Freeview using the Internet box instead of paying £22 a month extra for the add-on to the Internet bill she wasn't taking full advantage of (she never bothered with the NowTV part of the deal) so monthly Internet bill will be better for it too! Seems preloaded with plenty of apps, havent checked if possible to download others yet but the main ones are on there as you can imagine with most Smart TVs. All in all a very decent mid-range TV and with being QLED and Mini LED (ULED) the response times (latency) can get down as low as 5ms during gaming which is pretty good for a TV if this range. One bad thing is that you can't seem to alter the TVs Picture settings after turning on Game Mode but all in all, very straightforward to use with. Also has Dolby Atmos with built-in Sub Woofer too which is a bonus if don't have a soundbar!

I had the 55 inch U7 144hz delivered and wall mounted last week. It has been superb so far. The good Picture quality especially 4K head on is amazing for the price especially in filmmaker mode. Blacks are near OLED quality but not quite. Setup was quick. Took about 10mins to setup the usual streaming subscriptions UI is smooth and not as laggy as my old LG TV. Sound is loud and better than expected. Very thin TV with not much of a frame Has Freely so no need for a TV ariel The bad. Watching the TV from an angle means the screen looks washed out. Remote Control looks cluttered SD picture quality is unwatchable. I have had Samsung and LG in the past but this Hisense has improved immensely on both. Would highly recommend just for the values and features

This tv the 55" but I also own the 65" hisense u7q model and its fantastic! Picture quality is great! And the sound is amazing for tc speakers! Really good quality! I also like the built in Alexander and you dont need a remote to use it either, its brilliant to loads specific films very quick, the tv responds very quick, and this particular model feels more of a flagship tele than a budget one! I was going to purchase a cheaper hisense but im glad I paid abit extra for this one. The PlayStation 5 and the tv game mode with 144hz is brilliant, if you have a console this tv is amazing, even for FPS.

It is early days but this seems to be a great TV. Good picture with excellent blacks and colours. The sub woofer is a nice addition and works well.

I’m really impressed with the Hisense 55U7QTUK 55in Mini‑LED 4K Ultra HD HDR Smart TV — it’s been a brilliant addition to our living room setup. The Mini‑LED screen and QLED colour technology deliver vibrant, rich visuals with deep contrast and vivid colours that make films, sports, and everyday TV look fantastic. The Hi‑View AI Engine helps upscale content nicely, so even non‑4K shows look great on the big screen. Gaming is another highlight — the 144 Hz panel with Game Mode PRO and VRR makes gameplay smooth with reduced lag and motion blur, which is especially noticeable when playing fast‑paced titles. Plus, the built‑in Dolby Atmos and subwoofer give surprisingly immersive sound for an integrated speaker setup. The smart interface (VIDAA OS with Freely) is easy to navigate, and there are plenty of streaming apps available. The design is sleek and modern, and overall it feels like great value for what you get. There are more premium models if you want even brighter HDR or wider viewing angles, but for everyday viewing, gaming, and movies this TV delivers really well.

After my old TV died, a week or so of looking indicated that this TV gave the best value for money in the size that I was looking for, but the 2025 model got way better reviews than the 224 model, so I used CamelCamelCamel to alert me when the price dropped. I bought the TV at £800, and then the price promptly dropped again - note to self, but that doesn't form part of this review. Picture is pretty good (although most users will want to reduce the pre-set brightness) with very good contrast and no significant halos or other artefacts. and sound is okay, but the remote is confusing and generally pretty useless. The biggest problems are with the UI, which is absolute trash. As a UK user, with no TV licence, I can neither watch nor record TV as it is broadcast, so I obviously skipped the automated tuning in and can't comment on that. The set then asked to connect to the internet, which I chose to do via Wi-Fi, and to my horror, it immediately started to automatically play what certainly appeared to be live TV. Obviously, I stopped that ASAP and had a quick look at the Freely option, which I assumed would give me access to catch-up TV, which I can watch legitimately. Nope, more live TV, so I tried YouTube, only to find that the UI is unusable, even after signing into my account. I then connected the TV to a PC (actually a laptop for the moment) and configured a quick access key, for the HDMI port, so that there would be no more accidental access to live TV. Unfortunately, while the quick access key is fine for starting the TV, any accidental touch of the Freely key etc and you're potentially breaking the law. As of a couple of days ago, I disconnected the TV from my Wi-Fi and now it is functioning as what I wanted from the get-go - a nice monitor that's as dumb as a rock! It just ticks me off that in order to get a decent monitor (I don't even need speakers), I've had to pay for a computer and a load of AI trash (as well as internal audio) that I don't want and don't need. Of course the bonus of disconnecting from the internet is that doing so disables the spy in the house - AKA Siri, or whatever it's called. So in summary, if you have a TV licence, go look at other reviews. If you don't have a TV licence, don't even think about connecting this TV to the interweb. Edit: One thing that I should mention is that I mounted the TV on the wall. I initially assumed that I could simply mount it onto the same bracket that had supported my old Panasonic plasma but nope... The Panasonic mounted with four M8 bolts, but mounting the Hisense will require four M6 bolts, and these are not supplied instead, only two bolts were in the back of the TV when it arrived, and they were definitely too short to safely mount the TV on my admittedly rather chunky old bracket. I can't afford to have an £800 TV fall off the wall, so I ended up ordering sets of M6 "STAINLESS HEX SOCKET FLANGED BUTTON HEAD ALLEN BOLTS SCREWS" (e-bay description copied in case anyone needs them), one in 10mm and the other in 12mm. I very carefully screwed in the 12mm bolts until they were flush and they didn't penetrate through the other side of the threaded metal and into something that they shouldn't touch, so I used those to mount the TV. Now onto another design flaw.. The HDMI cables go into the TV on the left of the set, and the power cable goes in on the right. The HDMI sockets in particular, are difficult to reach with my rather chunky hands, and neat cable management is going to be a pain. Those wanting a "wireless" mount on a hollow wall will have to cut two holes for cables, and those wanting to use a single conduit having to wrap and secure cables around the bottom of the TV.

Vorteile: Riesige 100-Zoll-Bilddiagonale mit beeindruckender Wirkung Sehr scharfes und kontrastreiches Bild dank Mini-LED-Technologie Satte Farben und starke Helligkeit, auch tagsüber Flüssige Darstellung bei Sport, Filmen und Gaming Einfache Einrichtung und übersichtliches Smart-TV-System Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis im Vergleich zu anderen 100-Zoll-Geräten Nachteile: Aufgrund der Größe sollte man den Transport und die Aufstellung gut planen Der integrierte Ton ist ordentlich, eine Soundbar holt aber noch deutlich mehr aus Filmen heraus Für kleinere Räume eventuell etwas zu dominant Fazit: Wer den nötigen Platz hat und echtes Kino-Feeling zu Hause erleben möchte, bekommt hier einen beeindruckenden Fernseher mit hervorragender Bildqualität und moderner Ausstattung. Für mich eine klare Kaufempfehlung und jeden Euro wert.

Ich habe den Hisense 100U7Q inklusive „Lieferung in ein Zimmer meiner Wahl“ bestellt. Das Gerät wurde tatsächlich über drei Stockwerke ohne Lift direkt in mein Wohnzimmer getragen – großes Lob an die Spedition. Wichtig: Die Verpackung ist riesig. Vorher unbedingt Stiegenhaus und Türen ausmessen, sonst wird’s eng. Nach dem Auspacken konnte der Fernseher gut akklimatisieren. Mit 4 m Sitzabstand empfinde ich die Größe als perfekt – ehrlich gesagt könnten es noch 15 Zoll mehr sein. Unter 3 m Abstand wird ein 100-Zoll-TV jedoch sicher eindrucksvoll, aber auch „spannend“. ✔️ Einrichtung & Bedienung Die Einrichtung geht extrem einfach: Einschalten, ein paarmal „OK“ drücken – fertig. Ich nutze kein klassisches TV-Programm, sondern ausschließlich Streaming (Amazon, Netflix, Paramount, Apple, Disney+). Alle Apps laufen sehr flüssig und ohne Probleme. Ich habe sowohl Fire TV Cube als auch Apple TV getestet – keiner von beiden verbessert das Bild. Die interne Software ist schnell, stabil und absolut ausreichend. ✔️ Bildqualität Für diesen Preis: sensationell gut. Der Fernseher macht jeden Tag mehr Spaß. Farben muss man etwas feinjustieren, aber dann liefert der 100U7Q ein wirklich beeindruckendes Bild. ✔️ Ton Der Ton ist okay, nicht mehr. Für Serien reicht’s, für Filme eher nicht. Ich nutze bald eine externe Lösung (optisch an meine Lautsprecher). Wer ein großes Bild hat, sollte beim Sound ohnehin nachrüsten. ✔️ Montage & Größe Das Gerät wiegt ca. 70 kg. Unbedingt an eine stabile Wand hängen – Beton oder Ziegel. Rigips empfehle ich nicht; dann lieber mit den mitgelieferten massiven Standfüßen aufstellen. Dabei beachten: Die Füße brauchen eine breite und tragfähige Fläche, ideal abgesichert gegen Umfallen, vor allem wenn Kinder im Haushalt sind. Ein Tipp: Ein LED-Strip (mind. 7 m) rund um den TV verstärkt das Seherlebnis deutlich und entlastet die Augen. ✔️ Fernbedienung Funktioniert problemlos, liegt aber eher leicht in der Hand. Ich persönlich hätte mir etwas hochwertigeres gewünscht – gerne aus Metall und mit etwas Gewicht. Aber sie erfüllt ihren Zweck. ⸻ Fazit Ein fantastisches Gerät zu einem beeindruckenden Preis. Einfach einzurichten, stark in der Bildqualität, sehr flüssige Software, riesiges Kino-Gefühl im Wohnzimmer. Klare Empfehlung – ein Traumgerät für alle, die groß schauen wollen.

Bei entsprechender Auflösung der zugespielten Bilder (4K) streams 120fps filme etc. erhält man gestochen scharfe und sehr gute Bilder - Schwarz ist wirklich schwarz, das local dimming läuft super. „Gemini Man“ mit Will Smith sollte man sich auf dem Gerät ansehen, der hat volle 4K ABER - Die Software NERVT etwas. Wenn öfter Online anwendungen wie Youtube täglich mehrfach verwendet, öffnet die App irgendwann einfach nicht mehr bzw. bleibt der Bildschirm einfach grau und nichts grht mehr - Knopf fürs hauptmenü drücken damit man überhaupt zurück kommt. Der Cache MUSS nach paar Wochen manuell über das TV menü gelöscht werden oder Cookie-Anwendungen… erdt dann funktioniert Youtube etc. wieder bis zum nächsten Hänger. Sehr sehr schade bei dem tollen Gerät das sowas ständig passiert, nervt einfach absolut unnötig!! Amazon prime Filme sind das nächste große NERVIGE Problem - Streamt man über Amazon, schaltet sich egal was man eingestellt hat, der automatisch „erkannte“ Filmmaker Mode ein, ALLE EINSTELLUNGEN fürs Bild die man vorher getätigt hat oder einen anderen Bildmodus verwenden wollte, werden auf diesen Filmmaker modus zurückgesetzt und alles muss neu eingestellt werden wenn man es auf seinen Kino, Standard Modus etc. zurücksetzen möchte. Richtiger Blödsinn. Wem das hier beschriebene stört - Bloß Finger weg, das wird keinen Spaß machen.

Von der Bildqualität der Mini LED‘s habe ich mir mehr erwartet, im vergleich zu mein alten 75“ Samsung LCD hatte Dieser meines Erachtens ein brillanteres Bild …. Ist nur meine Meinung Aber 100“ ist der Hammer und Bild passt auch

Wow, ich bin echt begeistert! Preis- / Leistung Super, mattes Display, hervorragend gegen Spiegelungen, klasse Sound, klasse Bild. Ich habe bis jetzt nur die Automatikprogramme genutzt und finde die Qualität als Super. Bei Sportsendungen gibt es keine Schlieren, oder ähnliches . Ich bin kein Poweruser und gebe hier nur meine subjektive Wahrnehmung wieder...
