WaistShaperz 9 Steel Bone Waist Trainer - Black - XS

It worked at first, but one steel bone in the front came through the fabric in the middle after a couple of months only wearing 2x per week, and another came through the fabric on the top poking me in the breast, and the hooks are easily bent making them difficult to hook if bent. The product is poorly made and the sizing is inconsistent.....I purchased two of the same size and one was much tighter than the other. I also thought they were too long, pushing my bust up a lot and it looked odd in fitted clothes, and I'm 5'9 and weigh 168 with an athletic build with a little too much fat on me at the moment (preferred weight 145-150), especially around my waist....menopause. Customer service is poor when I requested a replacement. They said no returns or replacements, but they would give me 50% off at their website. I did more research and they have an F rating at the BBB, and hundreds of complaints about poor workmanship and deceptive advertising (e.g. product is not from Columbia, it is from China). Both trainers in the garbage in less than 5 months.I'm a fan of waist training, but not of this product....that is why I gave it any stars at all.I DON'T RECOMMEND BUYING THIS PRODUCT!

I assumed the first couple of wears would be hard, however after multiple tries it is hurting my back. It rolls up too. I order based on sellers website for size and my height.
