I live in London and don't drive so I walk a lot. I wear the vest at the weekend when I am going to the shops or walking in the park. It just adds a little bit more exercise to the walking, which is great. I did not go for a very heavy vest as I thought that would put me off walking. So I went for an 8 pound vest and it is perfect. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very comfortable to wear - I'm a first time weight vest user. *by on Reviewed in Australia 29 August 2024* I decided to start my regular walks with a weighted vest. Did some research and chose this one bevause its not super heavy and it distributes the weight in a very comfortable manner. Its excellent. Walked the dogs and did 5km in it today. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic All-Around Weighted Vest — Great for Everyone *by on Reviewed in the United States 17 January 2026* The Henkelion Weighted Vest is an awesome piece of gear for anyone looking to level up their workouts. It’s comfortable, well-made, and super versatile — perfect for men, women, and even kids (with proper supervision). The included weights make it easy to get started right away.• Adjustable weight: You can add or remove weights to match your fitness level, which is great for progressive training.• Comfortable fit: The vest sits snugly without bouncing around during runs, jumps, or strength training.• Universal use: I’ve used it for walking, bodyweight exercises, and HIIT sessions — and it works beautifully across them all.• Quality build: The materials feel durable and the design feels thoughtful, with good padding where it counts.A few notes:• It does feel heavier than expected when first putting it on, but that’s exactly the point — it’s challenging!• Make sure you adjust it properly so it doesn’t restrict breathing during intense workouts.Bottom line: If you want to add resistance to your workouts without bulking up equipment, the Henkelion Weighted Vest is a great choice. I’d recommend it for anyone from beginners to advanced athletes. ## Frequently Bought Together - Henkelion Weighted Vest Weight Vest for Men Women Kids Weights Included, Body Weight Vests Adjustable for Running, Training Workout, Jogging, Walking - ZELUS Weighted Vest, 6lb/8lb/12lb/16lb/20lb/25lb/30lb Weight Vest with Reflective Stripe for Workout, Strength Training, Running, Fitness, Muscle Building, Weight Loss, Weightlifting - APEXUP Weighted Vest with 5lbs/10lbs/15lbs/20lbs/25lbs/30lbs Weights and Reflective Stripe, Weight Vest Men Women for Workout, Strength Training, Running --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sn/products/728898096-henkelion-weighted-vest-weight-vest-for-men-women-kids-weights](https://www.desertcart.sn/products/728898096-henkelion-weighted-vest-weight-vest-for-men-women-kids-weights) --- *Product available on Desertcart Senegal* *Store origin: SN* *Last updated: 2026-10-03*
