I'll try this on my first day 2025-5-19 drinking it today. If it's okay with me, of course I won't order it again, even though I love it and it's good for my hair, nails, and skin. If it's good, I'll buy it again.

I wanted to give these Horbäach Hair, Skin & Nails Vitamins a long, honest trial before reviewing them, and after taking them consistently, I can say they’ve made a huge difference for me. I lost a good amount of weight over the past year and a half, and one of the downsides was major thinning and brittleness in my nails, along with some slight hair thinning. I needed something that actually worked, not just a quick fix. These vitamins have been a game‑changer. Even though the recommended dose is three softgels a day, I only take two, and that’s been more than enough. My nails are growing faster than ever, with zero brittleness and no more random breaks. My hair is also growing noticeably quicker. I used to get a haircut every five to six weeks, and now I’m going every three to four because it grows out so much faster. The price is right, especially for a bottle of 300 softgels, and the results have been absolutely worth it. I highly recommend these to anyone looking to strengthen their nails or support fuller, healthier hair. One thing to note: the first bathroom trip of the day after taking these turns your urine a bright fluorescent yellow. I wanted to give these supplements some time to work before leaving a review. I've been taking them for about 3 months now. I admit there's some days where I haven't taken the full three gel capsules, but even with that I found that these are amazing and perform as they claim. I've seen reviews about the smell, which for me smell like the Flintstones chewable vitamins for kids. Not unpleasant for me, but rather nolsatigic from my childhood. Anyway, the smell wasn't as bad as some reviewers have claimed. They do not leave any aftertaste and are easy to swallow. AND my nails have never looked this good or grown this healthy. I have brittle nails that peel and break no matter what I've done in the past. For the last 3 months I've taken this supplement and use jojoba oil on my nails throughout the day especially after washing my hands and OMG what a difference! In terms of hair growth I've noticed that my hair looks shiner and feels healthier if that makes sense. I haven't noticed the growth as my hair is a 3a curl. So unless I measure when wet I won't have an accurate growth measurement. Either way they work! I plan on continuing to take these because WOW. Seriously, if you want to grow beautiful natural nails and have shiny healthier hair then yes get these. But, please note it takes time before you see results. For me I saw the most noticable results at the end of month 2.

Do not buy for a quick fix! But if you're willing to see where your hair & nails are at after taking a full bottle i think you'll be totally impressed! After using gel nail polish once, my nails were wrecked! My already long hair is growing like crazy & my nails are finally back to normal. I've tried 3 different brands & these are the best of the bunch. Only downside is some days it gives me the burps for 30 minutes or so after I take them.
