Man kann auch die Sehnen auf der Oberseite des Fußes gut dehnen indem man sich mit mehr Gewicht auf die Rolle stellt und langsam darüber rollt. Ich nutze die Rolle als Ergänzung zu den lila Franklin Bällen.
