Review: Low Cost, Lightweight, Fixed my Hand Pain. Can quickly switch between two computers - I was looking for a wireless mouse that was lightweight and gaming capable. I needed it to be very lightweight due to hand pain (I've tried things like vertical mouses etc and really lightweight mouses are the only thing that helps). I also have two desktops so I wanted to be able to quickly switch between the two with one mouse. This works perfectly and I've been using it for a year now. Battery lasts a long time too and you can plug it in if you need to use it when the battery is low. Review: Amazing Shape, great price, but questionable quality - I got to say I loved the shape when I had the MM711, then I decided that I want a wireless mouse. I tried different mice but nothing compared to this shape, so I went ahead and bought the MM712, and I did not disappoint me! However sadly it has been less than a year now and the scroll is having issues, but that did not force me to change the mouse yet, well see. Overall I love this mouse and I think it is perfect for me.

Fixes build quality issues from the MM710/11, super light clicks.
I have tried all the small gaming mice and I always preferred my MM710's shape. Unfortunately I got a first batch copy of that mouse and experienced many of the well documented build quality issues with it. This mouse fixes pretty much all of them and doesn't have any holes for better comfort while not adding too much weight. The clicks and mouse scroll wheel are very light compared to all the mice I've used so it takes a few days to get used to and its great after that. Crucially there is no wheel issue I had on my MM710 where it would often scroll down when you pushed it up. I wish the coating was the same as the old MM710 and also that the battery life was longer but other than that, this is my end game mouse, those issues are nitpicking.

Holy, this thing is solid!
Note: I had to return my first unit because it bricked during the software update. Update it with the wireless dongle first and DO NOT touch anything until it's done updating. Amazon made replacing it a breeze, so no worries there. CMs rma would've taken weeks but amazon got me a replacement in a few days. Review: Coolermaster really upped their game with this one! If you tried the old mm710 or 11, this thing is a cut above both. A few notable changes: - the holes are gone! - it's wireless but the included cable is still usable - the coating is so much nicer than it's predecessors, fairly similar to the new viper pro or DAV3. - it's solid, no creaking, cracking, rattling and it just feels premium in the hand. - the mouse feet are WAYYYY better than the ones they used on the 710 and 711, don't need to replace them. Although, they are slightly scratchy out of the box. If you're new to this lineup, the shape may be jarring. It fills the hand similarly to the xm1 but is much narrower and shorter but the rear end is plumper if that makes sense. It's like if the viper mini got a butt lift lol. If I remember, my hands are 19x10 and I relaxed claw/fingertip this incredibly comfortably. This one's my new main and for the price, it honestly blows some of the competitors out of the water. Coolermaster really out did themselves here!
