They work. I slept like a baby last night. I also put my iPhone on night mode, so the screen is yellow tint plus wearing these glasses, which are made very well by the way, and I was able to sleep very well, didn’t wake up during the night. I think these glasses are really working for me. It’s not hard to press the clip, the spring is not too strong but strong enough for them to connect to your glasses tightly and safely. They are also real glass, and come in their own little plastic case with a really large and great eyeglass cloth. Amazing purchase. Best thing I bought for my health in 2025. Thank you.

They do a great job of blocking blue light. As a programmer, I spend most of my days staring at two monitors, and would often need to apply eyedrops by the end of the day. At the end of the day with these, my eyes feel just as fresh as they did in the morning!The only hitch is the size; they hang lower than the frames of my glasses and tend to cut into my nose and drag my glasses down.If you already wear glasses, and are debating whether or not to buy a blue-light filtering prescription, pair, these can help you decide. (I'm planning to make my next eye appointment soon!)

These are the best priced ! You get two pair , good quality . They really do work . My eyes were getting tired & burning from being @ my computer . I looked for a screen protector but did not like the price or the fact that most people said that there were bubbles left on screen no matter how careful they placed it . Great clarity , it makes the screen more vibrant & no more eye strain . Very pleased with this purchase !

My glasses are on the small side and these more than adequately cover them. I wouldn't recommend them for large glasses. My doctor recommends wearing these from 6 p.m. until need for the best sleep. High quality.

Sending back. Device that's used to clip on your glasses obstructs vision to some degree. The plastic lens makes things more blurry.

Does block out blue light but the clip rubs against the bridge of my nose.
