Writing this review for my use case of using this system with a Windows 11 PC. I started off by testing the sound using an Optical connection, overall, it was an okay experience. When running the system through Optical or Aux connections, the system can only be used in a stereo configuration using Optical or Aux connections, as these channels do not support 7.1 signals. Using Optical, the system offers a range of EQs, with the Movie and Music modes offering the most pleasing sound profile. In most EQ modes using Optical, the mids were a bit muddy and the bass is too aggressively tuned. Luckily you can adjust this down using the Bass adjustment on the device or through the handy phone app that works seamlessly over Bluetooth with the system. Once the system was tuned, With the phone app, you must register an account with Ultimea in order to use or manage your sound system, which I’m not a fan of for privacy reasons. However, after experimenting with the phone companion app, the same adjustments that can be performed with the phone app can be performed with the included remote control. Next, for myself, I bought an HDMI Audio Splitter with eARC support (my monitor does not support eARC) and some decent certified HDMI 2.1 cables. I was able to run the Ultimea A60 using Dolby Atmos 7.1 mode with my PC through the HDMI audio splitter. If you have a monitor or TV that supports eARC already, you should not need an HDMI audio splitter (or the headaches that come with configuring it). Running the system in Dolby Atmos 7.1 mode is, in a word, ‘phenomenal’. The sound is far more balanced and immersive, and each channel is clearly individually targeted by the media played if that media supports multichannel or Dolby Atmos output. It elevates the experience to a whole new level over Optical, and is clearly the superior output. So, would I recommend the Ultimea A60 for PC users? Absolutely – in a heartbeat if you intend to use the system in Dolby Atmos and you already have a monitor or TV with eARC support. If you do not have eARC support with your monitor or PC, it becomes a trickier recommendation. While there are solutions available to make your PC setup compatible with the Ultimea A60, such as the HDMI Audio Splitter used in my case, a soundbar with a 1-in 1-out HDMI solution might be a more apt choice.

Adquirí este sistema de teatro en casa para reemplazar un viejo sistema genérico 2.1 que tenía , lo compré con cierta reserva pensando que usualmente las marcas liderantes siempre serían mejores y sobre todo considerando que el mercado está inundado de productos de muy baja calidad, me llevé una muy grata sorpresa que a pesar de su diseño compacto es bastante potente en las bocinas son de excelente calidad, es perfectamente ideal para tener una experiencia inmersiva completa sin tener que hacer gran inversión, el control remoto funciona perfectamente el sistema atmos puede ser probado directamente desde la página de dolby y funciona perfectamente, si compraste el paquete aura 60 que tenía las bocinas surround traseras, la latencia de bluetooth es de menos de 65 ms (probado con software de spurceforge) lo cual es considerado como excelente para aplicaciones gaming y su conexión realmente es sencilla y no se pierde la señal hasta por 6m de separacion entre la barra de sonido que actúa como procesador central y sus satélites, muy bien! no lo recomendaría para una salas muy grandes, ya que se sentiría insuficiente pero para departamentos pequeños o con una sala de un tamaño máximo aprox 30m cuadrados es perfectamente idóneo, igualmente para habitaciones que buscan integrar srround o para gaming inmersivo, hay que tomar nota que el subwoofer incluido es pasivo, no tiene distorsión y si bien no hace temblar la casa si tiene una frecuencia mínima de hasta 25hz lo cual habla de la excelente calidad de su diseño. Tal vez a muchas personas les preocupe que es un dispositivo pequeño la barra de sonido es bastante compacta en subwoofer es muy pequeño a comparación de los tradicionales y las bocinas parecen minúsculas, esa era mi principal reserva al haber adquirido este equipo, sin embargo, estoy convencido que fue una excelente compra ya el tiempo dirá que también envejezca. Como un plus la tecnología atmos sí funciona y el sistema surroundX perfectamente capta los graves. Recomiendo ampliamente esta compra Si buscas una alternativa buena a los sistemas premium, siendo este mismo sistema bastante premium, y de calidad absolutamente superior a cualquier marca genérica que parezca más económica pero siguen siendo el mismo refrito que mi viejo sistema 2.1. Por cierto las luz de la barra es discreta y se puede ajustar y no tiene vómito RGB, Quizás como único punto de criticaes que si pasan más de 5 minutos sin que haya audio por HDMI eARC el sistema se apaga automáticamente y tienes que volverlo a a prender, ya sea con el control remoto o con su botón touch en la barra, esto puede ser un poco engorroso si lo usas para una computadora.
