Ça fait 3 mois que j'utilise le ballon je suis présentement à 9 mois de grossesse. La taille est parfaite. C'est un peu long à gonfler mais très utile et confortable pendant la grossesse. Le ballon vient avec un livre avec tout les exercices que vous pouvez faire pendant la grossesse, proche de l'accouchement et même après l'accouchement et plus tard avec bébé. Honnêtement c'est super je suis agréablement surprise et je suis contente de mon achat.
