fine for most applications
Nothing wrong with this unit however was not able to use it on my 1938 Cadillac. Early Cadillacs use a different design for the coil.

works good like the original
Left the key on in my 1950 Plymoiuth, and sure enough burned out my original coil. This replacement got it running again. Just needed to make a new bracket.

Positive post broke
Installed it on a project truck in Oct and have touched the project since until April. The truck has start a total of 6 times and only for a few seconds each time due to other reasons. Went to put new wiring harness on and the bolt on the positive side snapped. Cannot recommend at all due to this.
