It’s surprisingly sensitive — blowing on it spikes the CO2, and it beeps during heavy kitchen smoke when cooking. Turning on the air purifier clearly lowers the PM2.5 and PM10 levels. I also used it to check our new furniture — luckily, HCHO levels were normal. The screen is clear, the device is lightweight, and the stand makes it easy to place anywhere. I've never had an air quality monitor so I wasn't sure - 1. what to expect and 2. if it really worked like advertised. I live in a older home and have a dog and just had concerns about air quality in general in my house. I live in Florida so the pollution aspect is not really applicable to my experience...however if you live in an area with noticeable pollution and have concerns about that daily....GET THIS! I calibrated this unit outdoors and then went inside my home and ran the various tests. I was relieved to find that, for the most part, my air quality is fine. It's interesting to watch what happens to it when you cook or do other things in the home that put things into the air (i.e. burning candles, etc)... it picks up all of it. I was able to determine that one area of my house had worse quality than others, so upon further inspection I found an area that was significantly dusty and had been missed by our cleaning people multiple times. Win!
