Im your typical male contractor... I finally pulled the trigger on the blade 20 standard version... absolutely flawless as far as im concerned... I have mint mobile, I swapped SIM cards with my old phone and everything worked great. The blade 20 setup happened automatically, and wirelessly connected to my old phone and downloaded everything from it. It was the easiest phone swap ive ever done. Build quality is spot on. Comes with a screen protector already installed. Comes with an extra screen protector. It is big and heavy, but thats what I wanted. This has 3x the battery capacity as my old phone. Well worth the money, even if your on a carrier like Mint. (Mint mobile is fantastic as well, been with them for 5+ years)

These are good phones but the camera's dynamic range setup is not very good. Even in enhanced mode it just doesn't pull enough color and contrast range. All DOGEE phones I have had are this way. It is very disappointing compared with other named brand phones I have had previously.

I bought this phone for my son who's actually military... It is a great phone except 2 things.. The first is that it has no outside speaker I feel like something that's a military grade should have an outside speaker.. It should also be noted that 16 GB of your RAM is actually virtual which means you're actually using your ROM storage and that's not a good thing!!!! It slows your phone down,& it causes glitches,& it's actually not good for the lifespan of the phone itself... Their is only 4 GB that are built into this phone .... The rest is just putting it into your phone's internal memory,The only problem with this is that you can't ever actually delete this information it just stays as if it's locked under your phone CPU Yes you can click off the screens you were looking at and yes you can clear your cache but now this information is prominently in the background of your phone because it's past RAM to ROM and there's no way to actually clear it. Eventually it will slow down your phone and eventually it will actually make your phone not last as long as it would if you didn't have this virtual combination. (refer to the picture). Other than that my son says the phone seems to be pretty good.

I bought this item on Feb 2026 and today is July 5, 2026. In less than five months of use, my display is not working its stop working in June and then came back on and now its stop working again. It's called a rugged phone, but the screen is not without any damage to it from me. I can hear the background the screen is totally dead. I can turn on and off but no luck. I even took it to cell phone repair shop, and they told me the screen is bad this is my second Doogee phone with same issue (Screen) . My first one was bad charging port, second bad screen and third bad screen again. It clears you guys are selling junk Phones on amazon and robbing customer money. I would like to get my money back to be honest. I don't have any phone to take a picture or make a call even for an emergency.

Cool phone. I have always had a Samsung. But since Samsung had stop with the external memory card with their newer version, I have to look else where. This phone fits the bill with the price. With the unexpected features like water proof/under the water camera for this price, it is icing on a cake. The battery life is really great so far. It is easy to use for a non-tech person like me. Transferring data was not difficult at all.

I want to start by saying that I like the overall build of the phone. Everything seems to work great except both my International Roaming sims do not work here in the States. One of the sims has network with T-mobile, however, I cannot make or receive calls with it, only the text message function works. The other sim has no signal at all. I reached out to network companies but there isn't much they can do. I really do like the phone but I am returning it.

Bought 3 of these for my business. Awesome battery life but awful, awful Bluetooth connection that cuts out after a few minutes and send a squeal to speakers or headphones rendering them useless for streaming music.

I purchased this phone hoping for reliability, but the camera turned out to be defective right from the start. I rely on my phone for work, and this issue seriously impacted my ability to use the device. I contacted the seller multiple times, provided detailed descriptions, followed all troubleshooting instructions, and even attached proof. Despite my clear communication, their responses were either unhelpful or delayed. At first, they insisted on a return, which was inconvenient for me and would cost additional time and effort. After I pushed back, they eventually offered me only a $15 partial refund for a defective device that I paid full price for. A full refund was only offered if I returned the item, even though I had already demonstrated the product was faulty. This entire process has been exhausting and frustrating. This is not the level of service I expect from a professional seller on Amazon. I do not recommend buying from this store.
