How much magnesium is in a patch?

According to my PCP, women need at least 300mg of Magnesium daily. Does anybody know if 10mg of patch is equivalent to capsule’s dosage ? Thanks

If Im really vitamin deficient, can i just wear it everyday?

Yes - you could wear one every day.  Just make sure that you place the patch on a new spot everyday to give you skin time to breath between applications.  Please consult your medical practitioner however as continual and chronic vitamin deficiency can be caused by many underlying conditions which should be diagnosed correctly and professionally.

The Calcium Magnesium Vitamin D Patch from Live to Shine contains exactly that! It contains Calcium Magnesium and Vitamin D - plus Phosphorus - 85% of the body's phosphorus is in bones and teeth. Phosphorous is also present in smaller amounts in cells and tissues throughout the body. How much calcium is in each?

All the ingredients are listed on the back of the pack - shown in our listing.  There is 32.6mg of calcium in every patch but you can't compare that to what you take in a tablet.  Because tablets and pills have to go through your digestive system they are broken down considerably so you really don't know who much of the original dose you are actually receiving  - this doesn't happen with a patch which goes straight into your blood stream and the full amount is used.
