This little deterrent gadget has the power and distance and possibly take out an eye if properly aim. The aiming is near where it has to be but in order to narrow the window down this will take some time and plenty of practice show which I won't buy. I'll take my chances. I think its a bit overpriced quite frankly. It is grade A quality build so I'm in a yes/no on the priced now I think about it. Simple to use. Simply put the air canister in screw the back cap down and when you're ready to fire then the canister gets punctured sending the pepper package to the object you are aiming for. If you still can't evade at that point the front of the stick where the round is placed it has a old time bottle cap points that you can use to gash or prod someone. Anyone who's been alive for 40+ years understands the bottle cap analogy that soda use to have when it was glass bottled. It looks like that at the end except its missing the center of the cap. I like that its easily carried and enough power on shot to really do something bad to an assailants face if you are withing 6-8 feet away. I'm torn on the price though because its a quality build and the tight tolerances on the screw cap to put in the gas canister as well the heavy metal used.

This. Is a one shot deal but Definitely a keeper. It will clear a crowd if nehistory for something that fits in your pocket. This is highly recommended. If you walk a dog live in a dangerous neighborhood. Or just going shopping. Easy. To operate right from the pocket. Not complicated whatsoever. Older people women, anybody really? I highly recommend this definitely worth the money. Can't go wrong.

This shoots pretty far, more than 25yards for sure. To practice my aim, I stick .68 paintball ballistic rounds or rubber balls and put a cotton ball to hold it in place. Otherwise it can get expensive buying inert pepper rounds. You can only fire 1 shot from a small nitrogen cannister.

Pavashot is one of the best I investments I have made. It's easy to use and a good tool for protection.
