There are 6 single serve 1 ounce packets per sampler pack, 2 packets of each flavor. So you will receive 2 blue vanilla spirulina packets, 2 pomegranate berry packets, and 2 dark chocolate packets.

Why doesn’t the ingredient list say organic cashew ls if they are organic?

We try to use organic ingredients whenever possible, and all ingredients are non-gmo.

These taste great!!! I don't think have to be refrigerated unless opened. I do keep mine in the fridge to grab and go.
