I was skeptical about if this was the original Dyson Airwrap Product but thankfully it was and works amazing! I do wish it came with more connecting pieces and the travel box like how the US version has but otherwise it still is amazing! I have extremely long, curly hair and I can dry my hair to straight in less than 20mins! Absolutely amazing product and the packaging was not damaged at all upon arrival! Best purchase I’ve made this year!

気分で髪型を選べる
ストレートヘアに飽きてきたけどパーマやアイロンは痛むしどうしようかと思った時に電気屋で見つけて試してみました。風の力で髪が巻きつくのが楽しくこれなら髪への負担もそれほどないと思い、高額ですが購入を決めました。自分の髪は直毛、細目、量は普通なのでくせもつきやすいですが、毛質によってはつきにくい可能性はあります。高い買い物なので一度、電気屋等で試してから購入を決めることをおすすめします。4ヶ月ほど使ってみた感想・『 過度な熱に頼らずなめらかでツヤめく髪へ』と謳っていますが、痛まないだけで、髪質が改善しているようには感じられない。・長くて扱い難い。慣れては来たけどもう少し短くてもいいと思う。・風の力で髪を巻いたり、浮き毛を抑えたりするのはすごいと思う。・気分によって髪を手軽に巻けるのは嬉しい。また、後ろの髪も風で巻きとってくれるので自分で全体の髪を巻けるのは良い。

The Extremely Disappointed – Stopped Working After 3 Months! brush it’s not stretching my roots
I purchased this Dyson Airwrap on December 6th, and after very light use, yesterday it has already stopped working. I have properly cleaned the filter and followed all maintenance instructions, yet the device simply won’t turn on. The filtre red light keeps blinking, and it does not function at all.For such an expensive product, this is completely unacceptable. I need urgent assistance with the warranty, but getting support has been very difficult. I bought it from Colombia and I live in Colombia, so I should not have to pay for expensive international shipping to Japan for a warranty claim.I am extremely frustrated and expect Dyson Japan to provide a real solution as this is clearly a defective product.Contact me ASAP. Thank you
