It's a good product, worth buying.

Worst product. Never buy this. I purchased it in October, and by December it completely stopped working. When I contacted the service center for warranty support, they told me I have to visit their service center which is 20 km away from my home. That means 40 km for one visit (to go and return), and since I have to go twice—once to submit the kettle and once to collect it—I will end up traveling 80 km in total just to repair a kettle. Absolutely pathetic service from Prestige, and Amazon should also take responsibility.
