I would say this thing can replace the canned air duster in many applications, but not all. In short, the canned duster has a stronger burst power to get rid of lodged dust - where this may not. Otherwise this does put out a surprisingly strong burst of air which you can consistently output in wider areas over longer period of times, making it a great tool to use along side with a canned duster or on its own for most scenarios. No complaints on the battery life, and the power settings plus attachments are all handy as well. The small profile also does allow you to get into tight spaces without issue. I use it daily to keep the steel conical burrs in my hand coffee grinder clean, but have also used it for cleaning PCs (works great for both, though for PC had to use the can for tighter spaces).
