My doctor prescribed this because I was having burning in my toes, he said this vitamin will help alleviate the burning in my nerve endings and it DOES WORK! When I forget to take it I get the burning in my toes so I'm sure to take it daily. I have an order on auto-fill so I get it every few months.

Very high potency. You know that cupboard you have of all those vitamins that were amazing the first couple of times then meh? Not these. I originally purchased to heal some nerve pain I was having but on the second day couldn’t believe how solid my energy was and continues 3 weeks later. My mind especially feels like it turned on for the first time in many years. Also sleeping better. The one side effect however is a very active digestive system. Loose stool’s. Very strong acid smell in le toilet. Didn’t take for a couple of days and gut returned to normal. Definitely looking into befotiamine in a lesser dose since you really can’t split these caps easily.

This has help my sleep apnea tremendously. Helps push my diaphragm to help me breath deeper as long as I sleep on my side. Can tell the difference from when I don’t take them.

I am completely satisfied with this product from Life Extension brand. The information on the bottle shows the ingredients very clearly. 10mg Thiamine Hydrochloride and 250 mg Benfotiamine. There are several videos on YouTube about Benfotiamine. If you are not familiar then I suggest you google it. The capsules themselves are easy to swallow but you will want to sip some water or take a bite of food to help it go down. The 250 mg dose is almost the highest you can get in a single capsule. I have seen 300 mg capsules but that's not a big difference. Many many people need a thiamine supplement, not just old people. I like the bottle and the bottle cap, it opens and closes with a snap and there is a bit of cotton inside which keeps the capsules from spilling out all at once. This product will affect you so consult your doctor if you have any concerns.

Can't really say if it works but I do seem to be keeping nerve pain in check
