I ordered these Nicotinamide Riboside (NRHM) capsules to help with my blood pressure and energy levels. The package comes as a 2-pack of jars, with each jar containing 60 capsules, which is a 30-day supply of 2 capsules per day, for a total of 60 days worth of capsules. Each 2-capsule dose is 1000mg of Niotinamide Riboside (NRHM). The product packing is nice, and the labels are clear and legible. There doesn't seem to be any strange ingredients in the product, or at least none that are listed on the label. Nicotinamide Riboside, which is a precursor to NAD+, is touted as being a powerful antioxidant, energy booster (by way of promoting ATP production), with DNA reparative properties. However, I am nearly through my first jar of this product, and I can't say that I've noticed any measurable difference in any of these categories. Though it would be difficult to measure antioxidant levels, or DNA repair on my own, I can say that I have not felt any different, as far as energy production goes. In terms of side effects, I can't say I've noticed any side effects, but then again, I tend to have most of the conditions of the more common side effects of NRHM even when I'm not taking it, though I can say that I haven't noticed any increase in these conditions. That said, your mileage may vary when taking this or any other supplement. I choose to go ahead and give 4 stars to the product, even though it does not seem to be doing much for me, as I don't know if I just haven't taken it long enough, or if this product just does not give me as an individual the purported benefits, but I did decide that I can't really be too critical of a product that does seem to help others (based on their reviews), since supplements do tend to affect people differently. At the end of the day, this does seem to be a good product, but it just doesn't seem to give me the benefits I was hoping for. However, if you're looking for a NRHM supplement, I would say that this is a good product to try, as $25 for a 60-day supply seems to be a decent value, and right now, there is a $6 off coupon being offered.

I actually paid for this product, several times, it wasn’t free. The color does vary from batch to batch, with lighter and darker brown patches, and does look different from the product photos, but marketing departments don’t like visual imperfections. This seems to be normal for this specific NR formulation - NRHM What matters is that it works. If one capsule in the morning doesn’t do it, try two. I take one, morning and afternoon.

Good product. I've tried different NR supplements, and this one seems like the best one I've tried yet. So I do recommend it to anyone looking for a good NR supplement.

It’s only one month supply, less than half bottle filled. Almost a dollar per daily dose which is expensive, that’s a price of a high quality MNM. Yes, all that was disclosed, but it tricked me into thinking it will under $.50 per dose because the bottle says 1000mg, not 500 mg. Also, capsules are discolored. Doesn’t seem that it would be high quality. I buy this brand constantly and recommend to others but this time I’m disappointed. 😟
