in plain sight the product looks perfect and good. But if you look closely, You'll find small scratches (personally, not a big deal). Not a deal-breaker since it is a refurbished product. In the comments it says that battery life is up to 90% but once I fully charged it, it went up to 100%. Original accessories aren't included and it doesn't come in an iPhone box. But the product was delivered with care and was wrapped carefully in bubble wrap. The product is sleek and a huge upgrade from 6s Plus (that I've been using for 7 years now). I'm satisfied with my purchase.
