I really like this powder. I've been drinking functional mushroom coffee for a while now (Six Sigma) and while I love that, I wanted to expand my exposure to a fuller range of adaptogens. Most mushroom coffees only have 2-4 types of mushroom in them, and some do not get very specific about the 'dosages'. This has SIXTEEN and you know what you are getting. This stuff actually smells good when you open it, and tastes good, too! That's my anecdotal experience anyway. I use a milk frother to be sure it blends well. This kind of stuff is not going to fully dissolve, but it doesnt clump if frothed in the creamer before adding the coffee. I froth it again after adding coffee just to get the creamer (and powder) all evenly distributed. If I had to describe the slight flavor change, I'd say its almost a light caramel flavor? Even tastedd ry out of the bag that was my impression. Once in rare while I get just a hint of mushroom, but I am mixing it into mushroom coffee, so that may have something to do with that. And its not a strong or constant mushroom flavor. I am an oder guy who was looking for something I could do consistently with ease to boost my health, focus and digestion and this has been a winner for me after over a month of use! I've had no negative side effects from this using one scoop a day, every day. Just dont lose that scoop; its hard to find if you do, but you get one in every package (you may have to 'di' for it)! Now for one criticism, though I wont take a star off for it: the packaging was very hard for me to open due to the 'zipper' feature, at least for an old man with failing grip and shaky hands. The zipper seals easily but is hard to open, espcially the first time, but also after you reseal it. For 'normies' without hand coordination issues, you may not have the tough time I do, and even be reassured by how well the zipper reseals the bag. Winner for me, I am subscribed!

Love it, but I have found this mushroom powder cheaper. Sometimes I have paid almost $20 a bag for this powder from this company. It has really helped with a medical problem I have. It's easy to use, tastes great, and I enjoy it. I did a search for 16 mushroom powder recently, and I found one by Fidus. It's the exact same dose, the exact same mushrooms, the exact same everything. It costs me sometimes up to $8 less. That's a huge difference. I have bought several bags of this mushroom powder, but I won't pay this price anymore.

This is a great addition to add health benefits. I drink different brands of mushroom coffee every day. Some have more mushrooms than others so I add this to it. It even improved the flavor of the one brand I don't even like but this helps me drink it. I've had no side effects. I started with only 1/2 scoop for about a week.

Light flavor. Easy to mix. This is my first bag. I’ll need to consume more for a final review. I do seem to drink less coffee when I start with this in my first cup. Down to 1 or 2 cups from 3-5.

Head hurted after use. I tried it a few times and same outcome. It's easy to use and the value is there, but made me feel sick.

It is a good product, it provides energy and power to perform during the day. It has a good price for the amount of portions it brings.

I love this mushroom powder. I felt the difference in my energy and everything within a week. This is my third time buying this powder. It doesn’t have a strong flavor like mushroom coffee and no caffeine.
