However at the end of day three the edges were a little fraying just a bit and it will leave a sticky residue on the edges on your skink. I just used one of those adhesive wipes I had on hand, it worked better than rubbing alcohol. Overall it’s durable and waterproof. Provides stability and breathable. Review: This tape does help - The concept of this tape is a great idea. The functionality was a little off as the bottom tape on the knee has no stretch. No skin irritation the value of cost was good. The ease-of-use was good. It definitely helped with the pain relief however, after the application, it did not stick very well. I’ve been using these types of tapes for a very long time, and I always wash my area with rubbing alcohol. Even using that this tape still did not stick well. I got the pre-cut K tape for my knee and didn't expect much. But after a week of using one of the pieces, I have to completely recommend it to anyone with knee problems. I'm assuming the same goes for the other products for other parts of the body, but I can't attest to that. I wasn't sure if it was working or not because maybe my knee just felt better? but I knew it was doing what it's supposed to do as soon as I took it off. My knee was incomplete agony. I hobbled over to the box and put another one on immediately. As soon as I put another one on it feel better. Not sure what kind of magic this is but the cost is low so it's worth a try. There is some truth to the tape residue, but with plenty of soap and a rag, it came off in the shower, so no worries there. It's worth the cost buy them today.
