I have not had any issues with leaks. I did reached out to Customer Service for a small issue. Their response was unbelievable in today's standards. I heard from someone in very quick time and it was on a weekend. We discussed my issue and it was resolved in a very short time to my complete satisfaction.

The color is super nice, I haven't tried something hot yet, but it does keep things cold for a long time. The container has very good quality, no leaks, and the size seems perfect to me I usually use it for long trips.
