Got a pull

Love the purse, but it had a thread pull the entire length of the purse. I asked at the mall tumi store if they could replace or fix and when I told them I purchased on Amazon, they said it’s not a real tumi store.So not sure how to proceed

Perfect travel purse

I love Tumi products and have several of their purses. This one has a shorter crossbody strap than the older versions. It hits more like the new styles higher at the waist versus at the hip. All of the pockets are helpful.
