We really love this FLEXISPOT XRC7 swivel rocker recliner. It’s extremely comfortable, the rocking motion is smooth, and the 360° swivel works effortlessly. The only issue I had was a small dent in the footrest when it arrived, but the seller handled it immediately and sent me a replacement footrest package with no hassle. Really impressed with their customer service. The swivel is a little more sensitive than I personally prefer, but to be fair, we have kids who think it’s hilarious to come over and spin us every time we sit down — probably why it feels more dramatic in our house! Without that happening 30,000 times a day, I probably wouldn’t notice it as much. The storage capacity could be bigger but it fits my husbands controller and the remotes so can’t complain, also we’ve had this chair now for 4 months with two kids that abuse it on the daily (fairly study piece), and it still looks works and feels like new. Overall, it’s a comfortable, stylish chair with great support and even better customer service behind it. Definitely happy with the purchase.

I love this recliner! I had a different brand before I got this one, and it was bulky, creaky, and not supportive. This one is firm, but comfortable. It also does not spin uncontrollably. I love the orange color and fabric. It was also easy to put together by myself (I did need help bringing it up the stairs, though). I'm 5' 1, and I love that my feet don't really dangle off the edge. I also feel super secure in the recliner because it does not tip back. I would 100% order this again!

I like that it's BIG, swivels and reclines as advertised, and is overall very comfortable. I don't like that the padding is not sufficient at lower back, and you feel the metal esp. when reclined. But a pillow solves that. I hate that the storage door won't stay closed and opens itself sometimes. Wish it didn't have this storage space at all. Overall, good buy at this price. (I purchased it at $320 before tax).

Super nice chair, easy to recline and adjust. Soft and comfortable, very relaxing chair for nap and daily refreshment. Good quality. Easy to assemble as well. Love it so much! I’ll definitely buy it again if I need something else similar and strongly recommend it to my friends!

A almost perfect addition to my living room. It is stylish, fits in well with my genuine leather couch (I was worried the difference in appearance would be obvious, but it isn’t), and it comfortable seats and rocks a 300 pound man. However, after about a month of use, it is starting to make noise when rocking. Sounds like it needs WD40. For this, I deduct 2 stars because I’m afraid the noise will only get worse as time passes.

Chair arrived defective and leaning to left. It's crooked, and therefore very uncomfortable.. Currently getting the runaround from the company, will update if anything changes. Additionally, this chair is a terrible design; it looks comfy in pictures, but it has really thin padding, and there is a hard wood bar right where one's lower back touches the chair. Who thinks of stuff like this? So dumb. Wouldn't buy this chair again, even if it hadn't arrived broken. One sign that they're a scammy company: when I bought it, it was $70 shipping for my location. Right now, as I write this, it's $10 for shipping. Clearly, this company manipulates and fabricates bogus amounts for shipping costs. To recap: This chair is terrible, arrived broken, and I am currently getting the runaround from the seller, and the seller practices scammy business practices regarding shipping. Avoid all this nonsense, and look elsewhere.
