Review: Good product - Easy to install and easy to setup. I didn't realize my son has setup the account and went to add the unit to the account I setup and it kept saying it wouldn't bind. I contacted customer service via whatsapp and I'm assuming once it was daytime there they responded and let me know what the issue was..she changed the email address and I was able to access the camera after topping off the data..the user manual is not good for troubleshooting but the girl who helped me was quick and fixed the issue right away. The downside was the QR code on the bix has me download a different app which gave me a customer service in South Africa the first time. Which took a week for them to tell me I needed the rep in China. Overall the camera is good quality and seems to work really well
Review: This dashcam is not working with the app - I purchased this item in March to replace my jimi jc200 edgecam pro. I have it installed on the vehicle but I can't get any information on my phone as the app is saying the device status is inactive. I sent an email to the manufactures over a month now and to date have not receive a response. The time for returning this item has expired. This is unacceptable as I have a dashcam on my vehicle but still unable to track or view anything.

Easy to install and easy to setup. I didn't realize my son has setup the account and went to add the unit to the account I setup and it kept saying it wouldn't bind. I contacted customer service via whatsapp and I'm assuming once it was daytime there they responded and let me know what the issue was..she changed the email address and I was able to access the camera after topping off the data..the user manual is not good for troubleshooting but the girl who helped me was quick and fixed the issue right away. The downside was the QR code on the bix has me download a different app which gave me a customer service in South Africa the first time. Which took a week for them to tell me I needed the rep in China. Overall the camera is good quality and seems to work really well

This is my 4th purchase of the dash cam / gps tracker and I will definitely be buying more for other vehicles. The hard wire installation is very easy and it has a backup battery also. The quality of the product and the information that it provides I think is great value for your money.
