purchased the VEVOR Commercial Food Warmer for an event serving approximately 60 guests, and unfortunately it was a complete disappointment. The only positive thing I can say is that it arrived a day earlier than expected. Unfortunately, that's where the good experience ended. As soon as I added water to the unit, it immediately began leaking from the water release valve. I tried placing containers underneath to catch the water and salvage the event, but then I noticed it was leaking from at least two other locations as well. The warmer was completely unusable. This failure ruined my food service setup. I had planned to serve food from a professional warming station, but because the unit leaked so badly, I had to scramble at the last minute and serve 60 guests directly from foil pans in my kitchen. It created unnecessary stress and made the event look far less organized than intended. A commercial food warmer should be able to hold water without leaking. Receiving a defective product on the day of an important event is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product.

Love it

I use the VEVOR Commercial 1500W Electric Stainless Steel Food Warmer on my food trailer, and overall it does a good job of keeping food hot during service. It heats up well and is a solid fit for a busy food truck or trailer setup. This is actually my second unit. My first one lasted about 12 months, but I only used it for around 6 months of actual operation before the heating element corroded. Unfortunately, I didn’t have a warranty on that one, so I had to purchase a replacement—this time with a warranty for peace of mind. One thing to be aware of is the power cord—it tends to get hot during use, so it’s important to keep an eye on it and make sure it’s positioned safely. Overall, it works well for its purpose, but I definitely recommend getting the warranty and monitoring the cord during operation.
