Product is poorly made. If you ever bought this product and it didn't work as advertised, customer service will make it impossible to return it back to them. They will keep repeating same directives and won't try to understand the issue. They want people to be tech savvy and act as their technicians to find the problem. They would ask for ridiculous amount of evidence by recording hours long videos while you are trying to fix the issue with the product. I went through hell and back with their customer service in order to send a food warmer back to them. They would not send a return box. I had to pay $65 to buy a box from UPS that could fit the long food warmer which was oddly sized. Be aware before you buy a product made by this manufacturer.
