Neogold 2-In-1 Caffeine Eye Serum goes on easily and dries quickly. Applying makeup afterward was easy. There was no dryness that made my concealer obvious. After 7 uses, I'm seeing some improvement in the puffiness and darkness under my eyes. Some of this is hereditary and some of this is age, so I have to be realistic and expect things to be better, but not perfect. For someone young with just a smudge under the eye after a late night, I believe this product would make it much less noticeable. The serum comes in a heavy glass bottle with an eyedropper. It looks nice on my counter and once empty it would be suitable to use for some other product. There's a lot of product for the money and it looks and feels like quality, making this item a good value.

Maybe I used too much. Once it did finally soak in or dry it was not very sticky or tacky, just a little bit. It left my skin feeling moist and hydrated.
