Tasty & Doesn’t Raise Blood Sugar

I have been looking for something to have with a cup of coffee as a treat. Being pre-diabetic I didn’t want something that would raise my blood sugar but still would satisfy a sweet craving. This does the trick. Good flavors& texture, especially if you heat it up.
