I used Color Flow since my Mom made cookies since I was a kid with that. It had simple and basic ingredients. Tasted bad by itself but made great cookie icing. Now Wilson sells you only their Meringue powder to make royal Icing or cookie Icing. The stuff taste funny. It taste like chemicals. I sure wish Wilson went back to selling the Color Flow stuff. But since they will probably not. I will use this brand. It taste good even in powder form. Resembles the taste of the Wilson Color Flow once icing is made. I just want the simple powdered Egg Whites with Sodium Lauryl Sulfate in it like COLOR FLOW was. But this brand is the best you will find. Its a good product. I just don't like Cream of Tarter and the other stuff added. This product DESERVES A FIVE. Just miss less complicated ingredients in my stuff. Because the Sugar Cookies my Mom showed me how to make are the best I have ever eaten and People eat them like Potato chips. They cant stop. They are that good. Really. The simple Color Flow icing was part of the trick. If your like me and are looking for a replacement. This is as good as it gets. At least that I could find.
