The best by is quite close. i ordered in september, and the expiry is in december. is it old stocks?

The bag that I got had no expiration date. Was likely old as it tasted BAD!!

is the coffee organic?

They use 100% organic certified beans and if you go to the La Colombe web site they give exact descriptions of the origin each coffee bean in detail.

will the r.i.p. blend ever be back in stock?

You have to check with la colombe on that.
