Exactly what I needed for vitamin K

I always had an issue with leg cramps, real bad leg cramps so my doctor gave me this information. It’s the best of the best it has helped me tremendously. I used to suffer in the middle of the night with a cramping up my legs all the way down to my feet. I definitely recommend it.

Purchased this to take together with my calcium supplements since the calcium supplements that I am taking only has magnesium and Vitamin D. Read that K2 should be taken together with Vitamin D. Product came in good condition with long expiry date.

I take medicine that causes dry mouth and other complications therefore (I’m told ) tends to lead to cavities. I haven’t had a single one since adding vitamin k2 my-7 to my routine.
