I received my phone about one week ago and really like it. For background, my previous phone was a rugged Cat S62 which is no longer supported. It was running Android 11, and my bank's new app requires Android 13, so it was time to shop for a replacement. I was spoiled by my rugged phone and looked for similar features. I was pleased to find the Ulefone Armor X32. The rugged case looks like it will easily absorb everyday knocks and drops. and you do not need to add a protective case. Its increased water resistance takes away worries of accidental dips. Olefone says you can even take it underwater. It arrived with a preinstalled screen protector with the added benefit of no bubbles. It also included a spare screen protector. The battery meets the advertised extended life - kept it on for over two days and it still has a charge. The other thing that made this the right phone is its smaller size. As I shopped for a new phone all of them are getting bigger and bigger with most screen sizes over 6.5 inches. Add space for the case and a protector and you're getting close to 7 inches. That is getting too big for me to carry in a jean pocket where every little bit of space counts. From end to end this phone is about 6 3/8 inches, making it comfortable in my jeans. As for its performance, setup was easy. It shipped with Android 14 and updated to Android 15 on startup. I use Infimobile for my phone service which uses the T-Mobile network. I put my Sim card in and the phone connected itself. All my apps and contacts installed after logging into Google. I prepared the fingerprint and face recognition security, and they work easily. This is a great phone at a great price. Buy with confidence.

Phone is unbelievable. It has taken violent falls and continues to work without issue. Make sure to note it ONLY works on the T-Mobile network, but it does so at the highest levels. As far as size goes, the phone is a hefty chunk of a phone, but I feel it is an acceptable trade off for the durability.

The phone was purchased for my 12 year old son. He is special needs, autistic and also nonverbal. After purchasing phone after phone for him that broke rather easily from frequent drops, I found the ad for the Ufone Armor X32 unbreakable phone here on Amazon. . It was a bit outside of my financial budget, but the durability of the phone more than made up for the extra cost. My son only had the phone for about a month before he managed to break it, but in that time the phone survived many drops that other phones could not survive. I was very impressed with it. The drop that did manage to break it was a drop that had the phone land on a very hard object with a very strong corner. Had it not landed the way it did, the phone would have survived that fall as well and I believe many more future falls would have been break free as well. I contacted Asurion insurance, but I did not know the IMEI number and could not get into the phone to get it so the insurance company could not start a claim for the phone. I reached out to the seller, Daniel for help, he went out of his way to try to assist me—even providing me with an IMEI number from another phone. Although the insurance company could not accept it, his effort to help did not stop. What truly amazed me was what he did next. Even though he had absolutely no obligation to do so, he offered to replace the broken phone. Not only did he send me a replacement phone, but he also included a protective case free of charge to help prevent future accidents. This level of generosity, honesty, and customer care is rare, and it means a great deal to me. He turned what could have been a very stressful and costly situation into a positive experience that I will never forget. This phone has a nice out lay, but lacks basic functionality and doesn't live up to expectations. It is waterproof, and that's a good thing.

Honestly I did not have the highest hopes for this phone I was so sick of big expensive phones I tried unihertz phones for a while this phone is so far more reliable and more robust I have dropped it a few good times I've fully submerged it in water numerous times it keeps going strong it last three days of moderate Spotify use and two with heavy use i really love the phone and will buy another from the company in the future
